THE OWN STUDIO: SENIOR SEAMSTRESS
We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced and organized seamstress to work in our Shoreditch atelier.
This role involves finishing, alterations and garment creation for bespoke clients and new collection development. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator, loves working with people and has excellent interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience working in bridal wear or luxury womenswear
- Extensive experience in and understanding of garment construction, fitting, and pattern reading; ability to handle delicate fabrics including silk satin, mikado, duchesse satin, chiffon, organza is a must
- Excellent understanding of couture techniques including draping, ruching, lace manipulation, applique and hand sewing
- Corsetry experience is a must
- An excellent, high quality, delicate finish and incredible attention to detail with a passion and pride in delivering a high quality product

PERSONAL STYLIST
We are looking for an ambitious entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a personal stylist. You will be working alongside the rest of our team from our beautiful studio in Old Street, a stone’s throw from Hoxton Square.
Working as part of our team of stylists, you will be responsible for running bridal and occasion wear appointments. You will create a really special, memorable experience for each and every customer, help them choose the right pieces for them and offer styling suggestions from our accessories collections where needed. You should have a love and flair for fashion and styling, be a natural and confident ‘people person’ and live and breathe the brand. You must have strong attention to detail, emotional intelligence and the ability to think on their feet to ensure you are giving customers the best possible experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in fashion retail sales (essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A background or passionate interest in fashion (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in inbox management
