Cornelia James offer to all countries a Standard and Priority service. With Standard they aim to have your gloves made and on their way within 3 working days of receiving your order; with Priority they aim to do this within 1 working day.
There is a 60 day return window on all items. This means that, within 60 days of your order being shipped, you can return the items in your order for a refund or store credit. The items must be in unworn, re-saleable condition and please ensure the presentation box and any other accessories such as storage bags are safely packed.
